kv-china-latency-test — Workers KV latency probe
Deployed at https://kv.monitor.cftest6.cn (a China-Network-enabled zone).

Endpoints (all return JSON):
  GET /info                    request context (colo, region, country, asn, cf-ray)
  GET /probe/warm_get          read a key just written; hits in-colo cache within 60s TTL
  GET /probe/cold_get          read a fresh UUID key that never existed; forces cross-border round-trip
  GET /probe/put               write a 100-byte value
  GET /probe/put_1kb           write a 1 KB value
  GET /probe/put_100kb         write a 100 KB value
  GET /probe/roundtrip         put + immediate get of same key

All responses include latency ms fields, the serving colo, and JDC-colo detection.
